By downloading, installing, or using Nanocon ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users — free, beta, and contributing.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nanocon. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@nanocon.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not create accounts using automated means, share accounts, or impersonate another person or entity.
You agree not to use Nanocon to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.
You retain full ownership of any content you create or send through Nanocon. By using the Service you grant Nanocon a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your messages, files, or data.

Nanocon is currently in beta. The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Features may change, be removed, or become unavailable at any time. Data loss during beta is possible, though we take reasonable steps to prevent it.
We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of business, or other damages arising from use of the beta software.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nanocon and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nanocon in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Nanocon name, logo, app design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Nanocon. You may not use them without written permission. These Terms do not grant you any licence to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including IP, liability, and dispute resolution — will do so.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to the appropriate jurisdiction as determined by Nanocon's operating country.
